August 11, Friday 8:00 am, All Vendors & Exhibitors move-in.

                           7:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Participants Party; cash bar, live music.

                           11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Quiet Time

August 12, Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Vehicle Show & Swap Meet

                               7:00 pm - 2:30 am, Open Party; cash bar, live music.

                               8:00 pm - Awards Presentation

                               9:00 pm -  Pin up Girl Contest

                               9:30 pm - 1:00 am, Live Music

August 13, Sunday: Tear down, move out.

                             

                               2:00 pm, Event grounds close.

Participants:

Show Vehicles: 2 armbands per vehicle, pre-registration required, no cost.

Swap Meet Vendors: Outdoor, spaces are 10' x 30', $50 each, limit 2, 2 armbands.

                               Indoor, spaces are 10' x 10', $50 each, limit 2, 2 armbands.

Re-enactors: 2 armbands (N/C) with pre-registration.

Food Vendors: 10' x 20' space with electricity $500 and 2 armbands.

Spectators: $8 per person, children 12 & under free.
