The Grand Marshall of the Rosemount Leprechaun Day Parade is Brigadier General Jon Jensen 34th Infantry Division Minnesota National Guard. We (The Red Bull HMVA) was asked by 34th to come up with a better ride for the General! So Louie stepped forward with his MB and said 'Can Do'!
