Attention, all Board Members and general members, Attention!
We have space for plenty of vehicles as well as carriers as well as overnight parking. For reenactors or those bringing vehicles for the event, there is no admission fee to attend. I don't know the price for general admission off the top of my head - it's set by Pioneer Park, not those of us coordinating the event. If that's something you'd like me to check into, please let me know. I'm not sure if you're promoting this within your group or in general. Either one is greatly appreciated!
If you have any specific questions from your group who are thinking about attending, please let me know. They can do some camping on site, and there are also some hotels in Annandale but I haven't looked into setting up anything with hotels yet. If there is interest in that, I'm happy to do some research.
Can you tell me a little more about your group and what they are looking for? Where are y'all coming from? Do you typically camp? Set up displays? What do you enjoy doing when attending events?
Both Robert Clouse rob@travelingwithrob.com and I are on this email thread, are happy to answer any questions.
I typically only check this email outside of my work hours (M-F 8am-5pm) but sometimes I have some extra time on my hands. We can get you a flyer - just give us a few days (I have to figure out if the guys already have one).
